Operators publish strategies on-chain. Users subscribe for 30-day periods in CHZ; every payment splits 75% operator · 25% Arx Key treasury at the moment of payment. Users then deploy the strategy under their own Safe, session key and caps: operators never touch user funds.

How operators are paid
- ✓Subscription price set by the operator in CHZ, per 30 days. Free strategies allowed.
- ✓Platform fee (currently 25%) taken at payment time, on-chain, visible in the Subscribed event.
- ✓Performance share is published with the strategy; settlement from agent profits comes with Phase 3 accounting.
- ✓Reputation is on-chain: subscribers, Charter activity and Executed events are all public.
